Dental Works Inc is one of the few repair facilities that covers its highspeed repairs with a 6-month parts & labor warranty against manufacturing and/or installation defects. It does NOT cover failures resulting from improper use, improper maintenance, excessive wear or abuse.

The cost of repairing failures due to negligence is your responsibility, neither the manufacturer’s or ours! All warranty repairs must be accompanied with a copy of the original recipt.

You should have enough handpieces to be able to rotate them throughout the day so that no particular handpiece gets overused. You should also clean, sterilize and lubricate your handpieces after each patient. Your highspeeds should be lubricated before sterilization, and then again after sterilization once the handpiece has cooled down. Failing to follow proper procedures will void your warranty. So does dropping the handpiece.

Some original turbine manufacturers guarantee their turbines for less than 6 months. In those cases, our warranty is limited to the manufacturer’s warranty.
